Summer Lane never stores any credit card information on our servers. Payments can be made securely through ANZegate or Paypal. Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) - 256bit to encrypt your information and help make sure that only you ever see it. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company, many of which now provide online guarantee. ANZegate accepts VISA cards and MasterCards. Paypal accepts all major credit cards including American Express.

Summer Lane respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is only used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.

Product Availability

Unless otherwise stated, all the products listed on www.summerlane.com.au are what we hold in our store. This means that the products will be sent out directly from our store to your door step. At SummerLane the availability of our products is updated daily. However, sometimes products do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your Order Confirmation Email

To minimise any disruptions, please check your order confirmation email thoroughly to ensure that there are no errors. If there are any errors or changes that need to be made, please email us immediately.

As much as we love helping our customers, we are unable to change your orders once they have been shipped.

Cancellations of Orders

For whatever reason you would like to cancel your order, you must email us your order cancellation. All orders are considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or SummerLane.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

All the prices listed on SummerLane.com.au are in Australian Dollars. All prices listed include GST of 10%. SummerLane reserves the right to change prices without notice.
