If for any reason you’re unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn/unused with tags in tact and returned within 30 days; we can’t accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked. Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items, handmade products, custom made products, personalised items or discounted items.
Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

How to make a return – within Australia
Step 1
Contact us to get a return authority number (RA#)

Step 2
Exchanges:
Simply pop your items into a parcel (please remember to pack the items carefully) and send it back to us with the RA# (return authority number). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Summer Lane. Postage of the exchange back to the customer will be paid by Summer Lane.
Returns:
Simply include your RA# in your return parcel to us. Your refund will be processed within 4 working days. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the parcel back to Summer Lane.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.
