Twigz watering cans come in three different colours (blue, orange and green), all 1.5 Litre in volume and have two handles. One handle over the top of the body for carrying around the garden and the handle on the back of the body to tilt the water over the plants

If for any reason you’re unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn/unused with tags in tact and returned within 30 days; we can’t accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked. Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items, handmade products, custom made products, personalised items or discounted items.
Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

How to make a return – within Australia
Step 1
Contact us to get a return authority number (RA#)

Step 2
Exchanges:
Simply pop your items into a parcel (please remember to pack the items carefully) and send it back to us with the RA# (return authority number). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Summer Lane. Postage of the exchange back to the customer will be paid by Summer Lane.
Returns:
Simply include your RA# in your return parcel to us. Your refund will be processed within 4 working days. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the parcel back to Summer Lane.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.
All orders are wrapped in beautiful bright yellow tissue. If you require gift wrapping, please indicate this in the comments section when checking out. Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address. Tax invoices and receipts will not be shipped with your order if you've marked your order as a gift.
Shipping & Delivery
FREE delivery for orders over $80 (excluding big toys and bulky items). If your order is less than $80, we will deliver for a flat rate of $9.96. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders received before 2PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped out to you on the same day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 to 5 working days - this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and longer if you live in a remote area. Need your parcel fast? Simply select the "Express Delivery" at checkout. Shipping charges for Express Delivery is $14.95. Express Deliveries are delivered by Australia Post. Unforeseen circumstances
Damage or loss in transit is rare. However, if it happens, we will take responsibility for it.
Please call us at 02 9518 3061 to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a
parcel has not arrived within the above time-frames.
International
Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST.
At this point, all international orders can be placed via email (info@summerlane.com.au) or phone (+61 2 9518 3061). We will then calculate and advise you of the total shipping cost.
Payment
VISA, MaterCard, AMEX, Paypal, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order are welcomed.
Payments can also be taken over the phone.
All prices are stated in Australian dollars.
