Unlike standard disposable nappies, Bambo Nature contain no perfumes, lotions, deodorants or antioxidants, and they are 100% chlorine free and latex free, so they are much less likely to cause an allergic reaction.
Bambo Nature nappies contain no harmful chemicals, and are:
Bambo Nature nappies are approximately 75% biodegradable, compared to 35% for standard nappies.
Made in Denmark, Bambo Nature nappies have all the features you look for in a premium disposable nappy, but the manufacturing process is environmentally friendly. The nappies have been developed in close partnership with parents, meaning that the product is both practical and user friendly.
The nappies are ultra-thin, yet ultra-absorbent with a unique layer that draws wetness away from baby's skin, keeping baby dry and comfortable even with repeat wetting.
Bambo Nature nappies keep your baby dry and comfortable, and help reduce your eco footprint.

As a further guarantee of quality, it is a requirement of the Nordic Swan Eco Label that Bambo Nature nappies are of the highest possible quality.
Bambo Nature has a large range of sizes to account for all babies and toddlers, helping to prevent leakage and increase comfort.

Bambo Nature nappies are made by Abena, a Danish, family-owned company established in 1953. They have production facilities in Sweden, Denmark and France. Abena strives to be a responsible corporate citizen, and has signed up to the Global Compact, bringing companies together with UN agencies, labour and civil society to support ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour and the environment.
International studies have shown that as much as 85% of the environmental impact from a disposable nappy is related to its raw material, factors that exist before they reach the nappy manufacturer. Raw material is therefore a natural starting point in assessing environmental concerns. The Nordic Swan Eco Label assesses a product’s environmental impact during its entire life cycle, from raw material to waste.

BPA is a chemical used in the production of plastic and polycarbonate bottles and liners. BPA, an environmental estrogen, can leak out of these bottles and container linings into your food or drink. A growing number of scientists are concluding, from some animal tests, that exposure to BPA in the womb raises the risk of certain cancers, hampers fertility and could contribute to childhood behavioural problems such as hyperactivity.
Phthalates are chemicals that are typically used in plastics to increase their flexibility. But they're also found in a variety of other products. Some research has shown that pthalates leaching out of plastic products and containers cause increased risk of birth defects, liver cancer, kidney problems and other hormonal imbalances in laboratory animals.
